Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item, you can do so as long as it is returned to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

A courier will come to your home with the replacement item and collect the item you wish to return, for an additional cost of ₪30.
Return Policy
If you'd like to return an item, please notify us via email at support@badiyashop.com within 48 hours of receiving it to coordinate the return.
According to transaction cancellation regulations, the item must reach us within 14 days of its receipt. If the item is received after this period, it will automatically be converted into store credit with no expiration date. A transaction cancellation fee of 5% of the item's value will be charged for cash refunds.
Exchanges, Returns, or Pickups Can Be Done in the Following Ways:
At our warehouse in 3 De Picciotto Street (Levinsky Market), Tel Aviv — by appointment only! You can coordinate your visit via email, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
If you're arriving by car, there's no need to look for parking — just call us from outside, and we’ll bring the package out to you.
The courier will arrive within 6 business days from your return request and collect the item. A fee of ₪30 will be deducted automatically from your refund.
Please Note:
- Items purchased from the outlet are non-refundable
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
